Artist Bio
Born in Texas, the youngest of three artistically talented children.
Synne Magar Ferguson graduated High School in Irving, Texas and much
later achieved an Associates Degree in Art. She is taking her time
to complete her B.F.A. While Synne will experiment with contemporary
designs she prefers traditional and photographic. She has had the
honor of receiving numerous awards and recognition for her artistic
endeavors over the years and she has several paintings that are
currently in private collections throughout the southwest.
Synne recently opened an Art Gallery Storefront in Allen, TX. where
over 25 artisans are represented. She is actively involved within her
community, serving wherever and whenever she is needed. She has spent
countless volunteer hours working to promote the arts within her
community and surrounding communities. With the opening of the gallery,
Synne will be fulfilling her goal of educating others about the value
of art in our everyday life and offering other artists a venue to
exhibit and sell their art work.
